I spent over 30 years of professional experience in technology and digital solutions and have officially retired. • Access Info and Passwords: Are carefully kept in encrypted form for the duration of our co-operation. On the completion and handover of a project, I delete this data (unless you want me to maintain the project in the future). In this case, only necessary data is vaulted.
• Deadlines: I keep to deadlines and agreements if humanly possible. Any unexpected delays caused e.g. by a third party, such as an ISP, are immediately reported to you as soon as possible.
• Handover: I don't seal the project and disappear. Proper documentation and (if requested) training are provided as part of the deal.
